Dynamic Pass Box is designed to minimize traffic and cross contamination between two areas, and at the same time transfer parts, tools, and products etc. from one area to another area .
Dynamic pass box is fixed between two clean room areas having different or same grade or class of air. it is also known as active box it includes all basic features of static pass box and in addition to , material is passed through vertically HEPA filtered ISO 5 Class 100 air.
it acts like a laminar flow unit, clean air enters the pass box and blocks the contaminations to enter. pass box consists of re-circulated filtration system.
